If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order's status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy.
Returns & Exchanges:
Arcade Novelties offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Service to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
